Keith Barrack, Co-Owner, is a contractor who has been building custom homes in Gloucester for over ten years and is the owner of K.B. Custom Landscaping, Inc. in Middlesex, serving the Middle Peninsula and the Northern Neck areas. Keith holds his Virginia Class A Contractor license and helped develop the Ashdan Woods subdivision located at Woods Cross Roads, which consists of 26 high-end, custom homes.

Charles Records, Co-Owner, graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering and worked with AES Consulting Engineers as Project Engineer and Office Manager for a total of 10 years. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer in Virginia and North Carolina. Some of his previous projects include the Ferguson Center for the Arts at Christopher Newport University, the infrastructure design of over 600 lots in Fords Colony, the new Sentara facility in Gloucester, and various other residential and commercial projects within Eastern Virginia.
